1. Where are your clothes made?

  • Our products are designed in Karachi and 100% made in Pakistan.

2. Do you offer free delivery?

  • For the UAE customers, we are offering free delivery on orders above 300 AED however, a delivery fee of 15 AED will be charged on orders below 300 AED.
  • For the KSA customers, we are offering free delivery on orders above 450 AED however, a delivery fee of 15 AED will be charged on orders below 450 AED.
  • For the remaining GCC customers, we are offering free delivery on orders above 500 AED however, a delivery fee of 15 AED will be charged on orders below 500 AED.

3. How can I pay for my order?

  • We accept Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery option are also available as a payment method.

4. I am having the trouble using the website, what should I do?

  • We would suggest that you use the latest version of your operating system provider when browsing online (Windows or OSX) so it’s worth checking if there are any available updates.
  • You may also need to delete your browser’s cookies and/or cache. Once you’ve done this, close your browser and reopen it to visit our website again. You may also wish to try accessing the site with a different device.
  • If you’re still having trouble with our website, please get in touch with the name of the web browser you’re using (e.g. Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome), the type of device and details of any error messages so that we can look into this further for you.
  • If you continue to experience difficulty with this, please don’t hesitate to contact us with the payment method you are trying to use (e.g. card, PayPal) and the details of any error messages so that we can investigate this further for you.

5. What size should I order?

  • Size chart with exact measurements for all items are linked in the product descriptions. If you are confused between sizes, we always recommend going with the larger than your usual size. ☺️ 

6. When will I receive my order?

  • Packages get shipped approximately within 2 working days.
  • Once the product is dispatched from our warehouse, it will take approximately 4 to 7 working days to reach you.
  • You will receive your shipment details via Email, as soon as it’s shipped from our end.
  • Please note that a ‘working day’ is Monday-Friday and excludes weekends and public holidays.

7. Where is my order?

  • Order is dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days) of being placed and once dispatched, it takes 4-7 working days for the order to get delivered to you.
  • If your order is shipped on a tracked delivery service, you will be able to track your order with the details emailed to you or through our website.
  • If the delivery has passed its time estimate, please get in touch with our customer care team so we can look into this for you.

8. Can I make any changes to my order?

  • Once your order is placed, our warehouse team work very quickly to process and dispatch your parcel. It is not often possible to make an amendment after the order is placed; however, if you do need to make a change, please contact our team as soon as you can to see if there is anything we can do.

  • If it’s too late to cancel or amend your order, you can return any unwanted items for an exchange or refund when your parcel reaches you. You can also refuse to receive the parcel upon arrival.

9. What if I don't like the items received?

  • We have a hassle-free 10 days’ returns & exchange policy.

  • Our quality and customer service makes sure that your experience with us and our products is exceptional, but for any reason or even without a reason if you would like to return or exchange your order, just contact our support team and our customer service team with your invoice/order ID and they will explain the return/exchange process to you.

10. What if there's a problem with my item(s)? 

  • Please accept our sincere apologies in advance. ☺️
     
  • If there is a problem (eg., received defected/damaged piece, wrong article or size delivered, etc.) - we hope to resolve it as quickly as we can. Please contact our customer care team within 10 days, with your order number and any other relevant details so we can look into it for you and resolve the issue with best possible solution.

11. What if I am not home when my parcel is delivered?

  • If your parcel is to be delivered by CityMail and you are not available when CityMail attempts delivery, they will call you to inquire and arrange 2nd delivery attempt.

  • In case, you’re unable to answer the call, CityMail will hold your order at their warehouse and try to call you for 2 more days, before returning the parcel back to us.  

12. How do I return my order?

  • In case of change of mind, customer needs to send the product to the CityMail warehouse.

  • If there’s a defect in the product, Manto will get the product picked up.

  • Please get in touch with our support team so they can share the detailed process of returning the product.

13. When will I receive my refund?

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, we’ll contact you for the Bank Details and your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.  
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact our support team.
  • We can provide cash refunds to the customers who receive damaged/defected/incorrect product from our side.

14. Can I exchange my item?

  • Yes, we have a hassle-free 10 days’ exchange and return policy.
  • You can exchange your product within 10 working days after receiving it given that it is not worn, washed or damaged.
  • Please note that you need to have your invoice with you or know your order number for an exchange.
